OSram SharXS HTI 1200W/D7/75 metal halide lamp: The HTI 1200 W/D7/75, which provides cold white light at a colour temperature of 7500 K. Like all members of the SharXS family, this metal halide lamp is compact and double-ended. Its key features are a short arc and eXtreme Seal technology (XS technology). A 7 mm arc provides high luminance with its mains areas of application includes; stage, film and television. XS technology makes these lamps capable of withstanding thermal stress. A protective coating encloses the thermally sensitive area of the power leads so that it can withstand temperatures up to 450°C. Positive consequences for the lamp include reduced cooling, smaller space requirements and quieter operation in the luminaire. A special pre-alignment base makes it easy to install the lamp. The double-ended base allows for both cold and hot restarts. The effect lighting lamp is designed to operate with electronic and magnetic control gear.
