The Le Maitre Fixing Clamp prevents the cartridges from falling or flying out of the Pod. It is IMPERATIVE to use our fixing clamp with the Variable Angle Pod (1103 - JP58019) to hold all the new sized cartridges. The price of the Fixing Clamp is more than compensated by the fact that the retail prices of the new cartridges are significantly less than the old style cartridges.
