The Fluxia Blue Dimmable Rope Light, IP44, 45 metre reel is from Fluxias range of 230V rope light supplied on 45m reels with dimmable rice bulbs. The rope light should be attached to a power connector lead at one end and a terminator or coupler at the other end.
