Channel 70 Plan
All frequencies within DR70 are deregulated for license-free use.
Due to the nature of this band we cannot guarantee completely interference-free use in all areas. Care should be taken during setup to ensure the clearest channel is selected
Channels marked * are the standard fixed frequencies currently available for MIPRO UK UHF systems
Channels marked ** are random frequencies chosen only to give the user alternative channels to use in cases of interference.
As the deregulated band is so small there are some caveats to operating more than one transmitter/ receiver.
It is not possible to run more than 3 systems in this band.
Groups of 3 that will work together are shown above as Group A / B / C
Caveats to operation when using multiple transmitters :
A: Minimum distance between transmitters to achieve 3 units with interference-free operation is 2 metres
B: Minimum distance between transmitters to achieve 3 units with interference-free operation is 5 metres
C: Minimum distance between transmitters to achieve 3 units with interference-free operation is 2 metres
A: If only 2 units are required then use CH3 and CH4 or CH3 and CH5 (No minimum distance restriction).
B: If only 2 units are required then use CH6 and CH7 or CH6 and CH8 (No minimum distance restriction).
C: If only 2 units are required then use CH9 and CHA or CH9 and CHB (No minimum distance restriction).
Please note that the MRM DR70B uses a 1KHz Pilot Tone key so cannot guarantee correct operation with older Transmitter - to be safe please use Transmitters that are listed / shown below in the related items.
